4 Age Verification

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be met.

Another example: depositing ৳6,800 attracts a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, making the balance ৳11,800; to withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳5,000 × 10 = ৳50,000 must be fulfilled.

6.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the specified wagering requirement must be met — 10 times the bonus amount.
• During wagering, the contribution of each game may differ; details will be stated on the promotions page.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonus funds may be cancelled if artificial or low-risk betting patterns are followed with the intention of taking advantage of a bonus offer.
• Each bonus has a set expiry period; it cannot be used after the expiry date.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Active members receive weekly cashback as part of the VIP program. Cashback applies on weekly net losses: up to 0.5% at Bronze level, up to 1.0% at Silver level, and up to 1.5% at Gold level. Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

7 Game Rules

7.1 Game Results

All game results on 399 bd are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealers. The platform does not predetermine or manipulate the result of any game. Each game session is independent; previous results do not affect subsequent results.

7.2 Bet Limits

7.3 Technical Errors

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 At the Platform's Initiative

If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found, 399 bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious breach, all balances held in the account may be forfeited.

9.2 At the Member's Initiative

Any member may voluntarily close their own account. To do so, a written request must be submitted to the support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed, however bonus funds will be cancelled.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a member may lock their own account for a set period of time. Contact the support team to activate this option.

10 Limitation of Liability

399 bd works to provide uninterrupted service through reasonable effort. However, the platform will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.

• Financial losses caused by the member's own incorrect information or negligence.
